All I'm saying is that ever since 2013 Gaga  is not in Taylor + Katy's league popularity wise. As of right now she is not competing with them. If LG5 doesn't produce a 1 billion view video or at least a 500 million view video then Gaga is not competing with Katy & Taylor who are currently on top of the pop world.

I know the gif is a joke. :rip:

I'm just choosing to discuss a deeper thought that the gif provoked. :sweat:

As a Lana fan I'm about the music anyways. I don't care about the competition. I just see so many members on this site who refuse to accept the reality of the situation. They even go out of their way to criticize members who don't blindly praise Gaga or who are cautious to put her on a pedestal. 

I figured this would be a good place to post this but if a mod has an issue with it they can move it into a seperate thread for me. I'm on mobile right now so that would be difficult for me to do myself. :rip:

That's like saying 'Dark Horse' is more popular and impactful than 'Toxic' because it has more views. In 2010-2011 having 300 million views was a massive amount, but nowadays its common to score 500 million to 1 billion when the song's big enough. Bad Romance, if released today, would probably achieve upwards of 2 billion or more. It's one of the most celebrated and awarded music videos of all time. 

This gif is a joke, by the way.
