Snow 1,582
Well congraz, but I do find it a bit undeserved. Im sorry but she hasn't really done enough for The title, there are others with much more going on... But its nice though. :)

Once you realize Taylor already was awarded for the 1989 era last December, it becomes hard to think of female who's been active and had a good year beyond one hit song. Meghen Trainor is likely the biggest worthy rival candidate.

Cant really think of anyone else now of The top of my head. Definately not Madonna. I know its not a secret how much I have disliked this whole tribute act/ boring lounge cover karaoke singer period in Gaga's career so I just find it weird 'cause she hasn't done anything "original" or something this year (and even c2c is last year, and no wannabe jazz aka American songbook music is not original, ask her Grammy contenders) But its nice IF Billboard seems to think it makes her The most important woman. Maybe because its so different than everyday popstar? Bizzare... And this is MY honest personal opinion so please don't attack me for! The world probably disagrees with me. Anyway, She got The "award" so end of story.

Honey, she won this TWICE once in 2011 and again in 2014 See talent here-->http://bit.ly/2eqeUxK
craig 680
Honey, she won this TWICE once in 2011 and again in 2014Winning twice for different eras is fine Country Swift and Pop Swift each won deservedly. But generally award-givers don't like to reward the same act for the same era twice. The Grammies force 1989 to wait until 2016 to be AOTY eligible; Billboard which I guess tried to be more timely honoured her Dec 2014.

Jazz world is not the same as Pop world. And it's quite insulting to call KARAOKE - some of the most challenging vocal performances she had this year, no other pop girl could come close. For the first time, she was praised by everyone for her talent, her vocals. Not shocking tactics or #1s.I get that you're not a fan of jazz era, but she did get a Grammy for that album and she did have amazing year. Shadow 6,637
This has been a wondrous year, gay marriage was approved by the Supreme Court and her success has never stopped this year. It's the year of Gaga and the gays (lesbians, bis-xuals, and trans genders included). Stand in the light, cast your shadow.

GagaMyBlood95 9,915
If someone told me this is going to happen, I would totally laugh but she REALLY HAS MADE AN IMPACT IN 2015 even though she hasn't released an album. Like seriously, this was the perfect year for her, and no one expected that!
