Lol I thought this was referring to post-hardcore emo icon Craig Owens' band, shows how lame I am. I was like "iggy has moved onto the scene kids since the hip hop scene has shunned ha"

ok, good, that means it'll for sure be better than the new classic and reclassified. she better bring her A game too when it comes to lyrics, cause otherwise...

I mean, all the power to her, but a song like "P*ssy" isn't going to go anywhere on the radio. I hope she numbs it down, if she wants a hit.

Iggy her "music not the bling" era :trollga: but I'm sure she can still have more radio-friendly tracks to release as singles, plus we don't know how mainstream sounding the album is supposed to be yet either.

Who knows maybe she'll be starting a new trend in rap

conforming to pop music to get more fans & money and then conforming again back to hip-hop just because people peer pressured her to do it again because reputation & money > good music to them both

I liked Ignorant Art, so I'm happy with this. :)

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

Iggys debut album was more hip hop (even if still mainstream/hip pop, closer to her Glory EP) than her mixtapes tho, Ignorant Art and Trapgold are basically EDM beats with rap verses.

Fancy, even with the pop hook and electrohop beat, is way more urban-oriented (which is why it actually went #1 on that radio format) than basically any other song on the mixtapes..

as in TPP being more like Pink Friday with hip pop stuff instead of full on pop? I see, like going back to ""her origins""

lol quite doubtful but I mean go ahead Iggy :trollga: Fancy did have some cultural impacT.
