I said that we shouldn't ignore anyone's bad actions just because they did good things. Anyway, forgiveness is for people who feel sorry for the things they did, she doesn't feel sorry.

I'm sure you've done bad things in the past, hell you might have even been one of the gays that acted a little homophobic to cover their own s-xuality. Should we forgive you? Are you so without fault, that you get to decide who deserves to be forgiven?

Publicly saying homophobic/transphobic/racist/s-xist things every few months is not okay or normal. I don't think anyone who publicly says things like that should be considered a nice person.

I don't want her to breakdown, I mean she has been almost there for a long time. But I'd like her to go away. The world doesn't need someone who speaks for human rights and then says a bunch of homophobic, transphobic and racist things in less than a week.

Someone I work with, who I'm good friends accidently says "that's gay" .... should I hate her? Should I not forgive her for slipping her tongue oh thee without fault?

Anyway, no, practising hatred on this level isn't normal. That's my point. However, instead of people saying "oh, that's not right? What's happening to her?" a very large majority of you are spewing hate at her? Most of the people in here are no better than her, in fact, they might even be worse.

and I've gotta admit, Its sorta fun pissing on the stans of an artist who preaches so much bull**** then flips **** and goes against her word. Especially when they have condemned other artists for saying less explicit yet problematic things.

I don't really get why you are going out of your way to defend her so much, what she has done is really indefensible at this point. You and the other Azealia stans make excuses for her and when you no longer can, you keep using deflection tactics like you are right now asking why people are so shocked or why people are checking for her. 

Maybe what you should be asking yourself is why Azealia is going on Instagram accounts of people she considers nobodies and leaving incredibly racist and homophobic comments on them...that's kind of the whole point here.

I used the wrong words and I apologize. I did mentioned forgiveness but still I don't compared her to Hitler as you said. I compared the logic of forgiving someone because they also did good things. 

And please don't go there. You don't know anything about me and I don't know anything about you. But we both know Azealia has been known for using offensive slurs, making offensive remarks towards trans people, gay men, latinos, asians, jews and black people. 

Are you comparing "that's gay" to "field nigg/r go back to pick cotton or you will get lashed 80 times"? There's a big difference between ignorance and malice.

We don't know anything about her mental health so blaming everything she is doing on that is not logical. Calling out someone on their offensive behavior is not hate. That's literally what homophobes and racists say when people call them out on their bigotry.

This is really simple cause and affect.

When you're an entertainer of the public, or in the public eye, you are forced to be aware that what you do and say matters to your work.

When you say or do sh*tty things two things will happen:

1.) Some people won't want to support you anymore.

2.) Some people will support you anyways.

If you have enough number 2's, or you can redeem yourself to enough number 1's, your career will survive.

If you are an athlete who is convicted of dog fighting or domestic abuse, if you are a child actor who goes on a heroin binge only weighed down by an ankle bracelet. If you say "nappy-headed hoes" on a sports cast, or go crazy anti-Semitic with the last name Gibson. If you tweet vile things to every group under the sun or if you say Mexican's are rapists and criminals. There are a million ways that those in the public eye "mess up".

Some are gone forever, some seem to do just fine. Its all a matter of 1's and 2's and not a single defender or denouncer can make the collective call that matters. What we can agree on, is she said some sh*tty things. What happens from here? That depends on her, her guides/mentors/management/support, and the 1's and 2's. Yes, all of this. And the funny thing is this week, very little has changed. Theres the people who have been hating on her for the past couple of years before this, and will after this. And there's the people who have been supporting her for the past couple years before this, and will after.

So I should ignore this just because I know she is vile? This is a forum, it's made to discuss. I wasn't the one who started this argument. You did.

It does. Using the word "world" in a phrase like that is already a hyperbole. Saying that I want her to go away is also a hyperbole because there's no where to go, even if she was dead her body would still be in this 'world'. It was a very obvious hyperbole.
