I am certain she can use any account she wants... Sara unbanned Boris when we finally got confirmation it was her. 

Also she could always rejoin anywhere on the globe or have a staffer or Haus member give her their account. She really could be on any way she wants, at just about anytime... (but realistically, I doubt she has the time or desire.) 

Sure she has someone keep tabs though.

I met her mom (what a lady!) and she said it was how she kept track of her daughter's fame at the beginning of her career :)

I just imagined Gaga trying to log back in under her old credentials, wanting to share info with us and not being able to.
