Sara unbanned Boris when we finally got confirmation it was her. Also she could always rejoin anywhere on the globe or have a staffer or Haus member give her their account. She really could be on any way she wants, at just about anytime... (but realistically, I doubt she has the time or desire.) Sure she has someone keep tabs though.
