And I can't get on an educated level that I have surpassed years ago but you tried it.

But i thought it was common knowledge already amongst those with half a brain that her debut era alone shifted pop music & radio in 2008/9 and started the trends we've had for the last 5-6 years? The main genre on radio has been EDM (and still is in most of the world) thanks to The Fame, she made theatrical performances a thing again amongst the current generation of artists, she reignited the 70s & 80s fan-demonium again and she made putting effort into your appearance candidly and on-stage a thing again... Fair enough her impact hasn't been as huge since then except for in numbers but she literally solidified being an icon after her first two albums and she's pushing for legend status which could happen in the next few album cycles.

EDIT: I also want to add, the current wave of popstars' only impact is in numbers; Taylor, Nicki, Katy even Adele (no shade because she's still a good vocalist) are only known for their numbers impact like album sales, number #1 hits and Records/Awards. Where as Gaga's is to do with her art form; her music, fashion and even attitude has had an impact on her fans, the mainstream, the fashion & art world and she's even responsible for many artists being able to have a worldwide hit like Zedd, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Diplo and Skrillex because of her debut album alone bringing modern EDM & EDM-lite pop music back to radio. She's close to Madonna's level already and she's only been around for less than a decade imagine what it''l be like in 3-4 decades.

She's also proven herself as one of the only versatile popstars through the last few years by making Pop, Jazz, Country-Rock, New-Wave, EDM, Acoustic and much much more in her sound and her message. Who would've thought back in the days of Britney, Rihanna and Beyonce that a New Wave song about blunt equality and loving who you are would be a number #1 record breaking song worldwide.

Bad Monster Kid

Somebody might have already said this.

I think this is Margaret's response to probably getting hate from Monsters on social media. She is now on Fashion Police and named Gaga her worst dressed Monday night. BUT she only said worst dressed because she likes "Weird Gaga" best. I think some of us can relate. Love her and she has always been a pioneer for female comedians.

And Margaret has some cool tattoos as well!!!

ATTENTION: (bad) jokes and sarcasm are still a thing, so don't take everything I say literally. Thank you.

Margaret hit upon something very important.  Gaga's impact goes far beyond her music.  She has saved lives and helped thousands. Gaga's most important legacy will be how she changed the world every day by living a life of kindness and setting an example for all who follow, and for informing people that every person has greatness within them and is worthy of love, kindness, and respect.

Four quotes:

"You have the ability to change the world with just an act of kindness," Chris Rosati

Be the change that you wish to see in the world. ― Mahatma Gandhi

Making one person smile can change the world… maybe not the whole world, but their world.

"Don't let the world change your smile, make your smile change the world." - Lady Gaga

I live outside the space time continuum.

Her impact may indeed may be far more broad than we realize on a global scale for many girls and young ladies, not to mention LBGT folks and artists.

OT: btw, I retweeted Margaret Cho and she followed me, very cool!

Do your own research.
