It's out for so long now, it's not a real single- it is for a movie documentary about rape (a.nalyzing it's charting position won't be really appropriate ) Just asking. I'm not complaining or anything where do you expect it to be released? iTunes has become the norm for musical releases, it has nothing to do with charts, it's fans and media who make it about the charts. Like what, do you expect it on SoundCloud or somewhere like that? How do you know Gaga hasn't put it on iTunes and is donating proceeds to a charity to help rape survivors and abused women?
