Im still amazed as what ppl consider songwriting, like lyrics and maybe a bit of melody line, thats it. And what about The actual MUSIC! It doesnt seem to get The recognition it deserves. Its not just producing, its composition as well. Ask Infected Myshrooms :p (sorry, just had to hihi) But yeah we'll see how this "promise" will go down...again I repeat, would be cool IF true.

Btw, Im Pretty sure Gaga is refering ONLY to lyric writing here, not actual songwriting. And that I can believe she would do alone and I think its great!

But, to be fair, she clearly wasn't talking about LG5 but just describing her general work method. It was a response to Bruce telling her about an artist who always takes 2 years before releasing a new album and Gaga responded with: "I'm like that too".

And like I edited, she's probably refering to lyric writing. And that I can believe. But no way in hell is she going solo ssongwrite a whole album.

that's because she credits lyrical suggestions, no one ever really actually helps her write them she just credits them when they suggest stuff in the production stage. Like listen to the demo of Born This Way, it has many writers credited but all she actually changed was the "don't be a drag just be a queen whether your broke or kelly green..." bridge part & possibly the intro.

Imo I don't want her to even take suggestions anymore I just want it to say Lady Gaga or Stefani Germanotta on BMI and on her album credits. Would be nice if at some point she produced an entire album herself too like Marina did

how The hell did I troll anything?! I spoke my mind. Lyric writing as a solo I believe, songwriting no. Thats pretty much a fact. So no need to attack anyone. (Plus I criticized generally what ppl view as songwriting, not a personal attack or anything)

I always want people to remember this when they b---h about her not having released LG5 yet. It's like "she doesn't poop out albums", it takes time to make an album if you right the material yourself. And I LOVE Gaga for that

This too. Though I still think Gaga's actual contribution is much higher than your average popstar.
