Christina Aguilera has been sitting home with the kids for too long, and she wants to be back on the stage. More specifically, Dish Nation has exclusively learned she wants a Las Vegas residency!

Christina, 34, has some new music in the works — she hasn’t released anything since 2012’s “Lotus” album — and The Voice coach is confident that her eighth studio album will remind the public of what a talented singer she is.

“Christina has sat back while people like Britney Spears and Mariah Carey have attempted to pack in the crowds in Vegas, and she knows that she can blow them out of the water,” an insider revealed.

“She loves her gig on The Voice, but she’s afraid that people are forgetting how talented she is and she wants to be back in the spotlight.”

When Christina heard that Jennifer Lopez was starting a residency in January 2016, that was when she resolved to get her own deal in Sin City.
