That's why a lot artists for example don't sue when they accuse someone of copying...Also 2 years later it might/ probably is effecting is livelihood since he cant get work... Depending on what they've been told is acceptable based on the artist's preferences, they can only act as they see fit and the artist doesn't always agree. If it's not Taylor that's suing, it suggests that she doesn't see a problem, which would be odd if this situation is true. The guy from the radio station who grabbed Taylor is the one suing. Taylor just reported the incident. The guy was then fired by his employer. Now, he is suing Taylor. Taylor saw a problem with the incident, so she reported it to the appropriate people. "A statement from Swift’s publicist on Saturday says Mueller’s employer was given evidence after the incident and made its own decision on his job status." I've seen rape cases with similar time frames not going anywhere almost always due to the length of time after the incident. So, a rebuttal to a s-xual assault case is even less likely to go anywhere. The timing of this couldn't be more perfect for the accused - just as Taylor is on top but experiencing backlash at the same time. if he is telling the truth, I want to know his reasons for staying silent. Cases with much lower profiles have caused the supposed "rapist's" suicide, only for it to come to light that the girl was lying and just wanted attention. Imagine the kind of hate, and violent threats Taylor's less mature fans are sending this guy, and they don't even know for sure that he is guilty.Of course, a slap on the ass while still offensive, is far from rape.
