That's why a lot artists for example don't sue when they accuse someone of coying...Yeah but if Taylor's team actually had evidence I don't see him going far. If his employer fired him, there must have been some hard evidence against him (which Tay's team supposedly had). HOWEVER, if it turns out it was a mistake or false accusation, then I hope he wins. IF he was inappropriately grabbing her then I hope she hands his ass back to him on a platter for the extra bad press she will suffer for him bringing this back up. I've seen rape cases with similar time frames not going anywhere almost always due to the length of time after the incident. So, a rebuttal to a s-xual assault case is even less likely to go anywhere. The timing of this couldn't be more perfect for the accused - just as Taylor is on top but experiencing backlash at the same time. if he is telling the truth, I want to know his reasons for staying silent. If you're innocent, you'd think you'd put up a protest at the time, not two years later. What's interesting is that it was a security guy of Taylor's that sued him...not TaylorNot taking his side if he's guilty, but if he's innocent then it's understandable how security guys think ANY breach of personal space is too much and they sometimes go over the top...However, if he's guilty and they presented evidence, then he's just upset and wants to get back at her.I think the same. Security can see matters a bit more black and white than others. Depending on what they've been told is acceptable based on the artist's preferences, they can only act as they see fit and the artist doesn't always agree. It's the sort of case likely to make both parties look bad in the eyes of different people. More "he said she said" than obvious case of victimization.He might have tried to find another good job in radio (hoping it would blow over) before going the lawsuit route which makes him infamous. Will be hard to win because burden of proof in on the plaintiff - but might be worth Taylor's while to settle rather than risk damage to her image..Fun Fact: US has 5% of world population but 40% of the lawyers. This happened at a meet and greet, and a big part of his case is the denial that he put his hands up her skirt (with a claim about mistaken identity thrown in) If you believe "always believe the victim/accuser" then you also have to side with the bodyguard who accused Britney of s-xual harassment (a case that was settled to avoid embarrassing private info coming out in court).
