I hate to accuse anyone of lying about something like this, and it's not as if someone as rich/famous as Taylor would ever need to, but it's a strange situation. Maybe the guy is just that stupid and desperate.Just don't wanna believe everything I read just because of a famous pop star, unlike some.that's what im thinking. if the evidence was released and shown, or was at least stated to him then I don't get why he would bother suing. He could be desperate though, we don't know as of yet. I'm leaning towards he is desperate. I mean, this happened TWO years ago. They always want to tear someone down when they're on top. This is the perfect time to come after Swift. IF he manages to win this lawsuit, can you imagine the backlash if the public believes Taylor, or someone on her team FALSELY accused someone of s-xual harassment and potentially ruined their career? He would have sued as soon as he got fired if it wasn't true. Now that she's on top it seems like everyone is coming for her. sometimes you need time to make a strong file (with proofs, witnesses and so on) before suing...
