I think she should do the festival circuit while her tickets are on sale, in order to generate buzz. Touring south america is out of the question, too, she needs to stay away so her appearances are a rarity.

More than anything, she needs a couple of hits, even if she uses garbage teenage dream methods to get them.

Theoretically, if she has a lead single hit, the tour should start asap.

Leg 1 (promoting single 2 heavily each night. 1 month long to allow for tv etc):

2 nights at the O2 in London

1 night in Paris

1 night in Germany

Single 2 release, tour gets new setlist and some adjustments as tickets for the next 10 months go on sale, totalling 200 shows.

10 uk shows (4 weeks)

1 week break

20 european shows (6 weeks)

2 week break

10 asia/japanese shows (3 weeks)

2 week break

Single 3 release

50 North American/Canadian shows (21 weeks to allow for a light schedule)

2 uk shows (Northern)

1 France show

1 Germany show

3 amsterdam shows

1 Rome show

1 Estonia show (open venue, low ticket price or free)

2 nights at Yankee Stadium

2 month Break and single 4

10 uk arenas

10 north american arenas

2 South African shows

So thats about it i guess. Hit latin americas popular car parks at the end of the tour at the earliest.

I don't think there's a bus that goes from San Diego to Los Angeles haha.

I could take the train with my friends so we can have an adventure before the concert, but lately there have been accidents with those trains so I'll have to see. 

but I'm sure there's a series of buses that could lead you to LA. My older brother lives in the middle of PA yet takes public transit to Long Island.
