The difference is that NIcki was being a rude b---h and Miley was not. Being crazy =/= being a rude b---h.

The difference is that what Miley conveys is positive, free and light-hearted. Not bitter and conceited. And if you actually don't get the difference between where each of them is coming from, then I'm kinda sorry for you.

I own albums from both Nicki and Miley, I'm not a hater. I'm just calling things as they are.

nicki did get **** for that. but nicki also didnt create that. and you cant appropriate nazi culture lol. thats not how that word is used. the creator of the lyric video used nazi themed images to represent something(not a good move imo) but nicki doesnt have anything to do with that. im sure she hadnt seen that before it was posted. 

That suggests a horribly low level of involvement by Nicki in her work. She hadn't even seen it. LOL, that's lamer than Kesha blaming Dr. Luke for the "die young" lyric. The video is still up too.

you and i both know MOST people in the industry dont have much input in their work. nicki at least has the most input in her music. so her label probably made her keep the video up. afterall controversy brings in views.

Why would you lose respect for someone who's doing something without the intention of harming others? Bad Language, nudity and d--g references don't equal harming others, where as Onika was trying to get some attention, you could see it in her smirk before the camera cut to Miley and the fact she didn't leave the stage till Miley left and also the fact she felt the need to bring it up on national/later international TV and then do her atypical thing of going on Twitter and faving hate tweets to whoever she's arguing with shows her lack of maturity.

Miley's experimental fashion and attitude is easy excusable bc it's not harmful and she's still fairly young, where as Nicki is a WOMAN not a young woman or a teenager, but she's acted like a teenager for a while now. People seem to forget she's old enough and should have maturity. 

Nicki clearly has sensitive self-esteem because she constantly feels the need to remind people how "confident" she is, but when someone else says they're confident she comes for them and especially since someone a decade younger than her who has more confidence and boldness than she has. Miley spoke the truth and Nicki proves her right, by making the issue about herself  yet again live on TV but as per usual she's generically pretty, overrated and since everyone is anti-white celebrity now so she gets a free pass
