Gaga will hire them for particular projects or for a particular amount of time and when the contract is finished they can do their own thing - if Gaga likes them she'll contract them again for the next project and so on. For example, one of Gaga's dancers is dancing tonight at the VMAs for a performance (don't know who) and her other dancer, China, is currently on Janet Jackson's tour. A lot of the other dancers are currently teaching and hosting workshops across America.
