Is Gaga at the best time of her career?

In terms of the release of LG5. This time, she has nothing else to lose. There isn't an enormous hype, like with BTW or ARTPOP. Gags has alredy flopped underperformed, she's currently enjoying of a pretty good media support, she doesn't have feuds with anybody and she proved to the GP that she can really, really sing. The b---h has everyone by her side. And i bet MTV would love to come back to 2010/2011 and gain viewers again; they'll support her too. 

I don't know why, maybe it's just me, but i feel like if the pop world (Billboard, MTV in some aspects) was screaming for LG5. Everything is SO boring since 2014 right now

I wouldn't say she's at the best time of her career now, but it feels like it's full of possibilities, and she can certainly get back on top again. Fans are here for it, the GP is here for it, even the music industry is here for it. It's up to her and her team to not **** it up (again)

Actually the best time in her career was early 2011. She had media, GP & fans eyes on her and accumulated a LOT of interest because of TFM & The Monster Ball (I dare say had she continued to do the show till late 2011 she'd have beaten Bey's or Madonna's tour record).

But right now she's setup pretty good I guess for a positive comeback, but no one will care unless she has like multiple number ones consecutively again or unless she sells 1 million first week and it goes diamond certified. Many will still call her a flop unless that happens tbh.

EDIT: I really think now she's doing more of the stuff she wants to do, she seems to have less ppl bugging her ass to make money and to keep exposing herself, and she's getting more positive press...I don't know if it's the best, but it's a great moment. Things are positive and there seems to be much less presure than ever before...let's wait and see how things play out...

Unfortuately, you're absolutely right.  People will call her a flop if she doesn't sell 1MM plus the first week and/or if she doesn't have multiple number 1s.  I, for one, don't have any f*cks to give if she has number 1s or not.  I just want new music that is awesome.  Gaga will not disappoint me because up until now, she never has.

Its all up to her and her team. If her music or production is mediocre then it won't be succesful. If her music has the appeal and catchiness as her biggest hits then she will succeed. The GP is getting sick of Taylor Swift. They'd probably want to hear anything else on the radio than Swift.
