What I like about how Gaga empowers as opposed to how others empower

I notice that Gaga never puts down another a group when she talks about empowerment. During the body revolution, she didn't put down any body types. In BTW she brings up all races and s-xualities. I notice some artists bring a group down to put another group up, while Gaga just says everyone's great. Does anyone else agree?

I totally agree. It's never 'skinny b---hes' or whatever. It's always all-inclusive and I believe that's a big reason she's recognised as the main artist who encourages empowerment. Most other artists do it in a backhanded way.

This sums it up. In fact last year when Anaconda and All About That Bass were huge I was saying "what happened to songs like Born This Way that include everyone and bring everyone up?". I'm happy Gaga taught me this lesson, it's kind of shaped what I believe to this day.

I think it's great but I wouldn't be able to do it myself... too much social responsibility and repression of my true psyche in order to remain equanimous and non-biased in front of all the world's diversity.

Well, personally id say it's a positive trait to be a vegan. I mean, it's better for animals and the environment. So I'd say veganism is better then carnism (for lack of a better term) but that doesn't necessarily make a vegan a better person.
