From a video I saw, they were filming her getting out of a car and arriving to this party/special night, I'd say, because of all the other guests wearing suits. It's been said Elisabeth loves and is involved with fashion and art, plus as owner of the hotel, she's a wealthy woman. So my guess is this is supposed to be a private party or something.
