Saint Laurent 4,862
It is rumoured that Gaga will be playing the Hungarian Countess who has been labelled as the most prolific female murderer. Read more about her here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elizabeth_BáthoryRumour has it that the Countess was vampiric and has been described as the female doppelgänger of Vlad The Impaler, whom Dracula is based on. Despite people saying Ryan Murphy has previously stated that he wouldn't touch vampires, I think this is just too much of a coincidence to be untrue. Also in this video of Gaga falling outside pump she does make a vampiric facial expression when asked about AHS: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3197342/Lisa-Vanderpump-says-Lady-Gaga-NOT-drunk-fell-outside-swanky-Los-Angeles-restaurant.htmlElizabeth Báthory is also said to have dismembered some of her supposed 650 victims and dismemberment is shown in the recent poster released for AHS:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Horror_Story:_Hotel#/media/File:American_Horror_Story_Hotel_Teaser.jpg Obviously given that Hotel is set in present day, Gaga won't be playing this character as such, but maybe her character is massively influenced by her. FATCAT 59,856
I can't say, but I believe someone posted a popular thread about this rumor yesterday. I hope it is, it'd be cool to see Gaga bite someone This kitten over here (meow)
djBuffoon 12,098
At this point, it's pretty obvious that the character is at least based on Bathory, if not exactly her. And, oh my.... I didn't even consider the possibility of her character having an accent.

Anastasios 573
"Beware Vampires: the blood you choose to suck choose wisely, it may fill your pores from the inside out with a wicked poison unknown to you. Perhaps you took a bite of flesh you can't handle. Perhaps I am also a Vampire, or a new creature undead you have yet to meet." and what about this? I think this is a direct reference to her character. Pink flamingos always fascinated me.
Katie14 4,828
"Bathory’s torture included jamming pins and needles under the fingernails of her servant girls, and tying them down, smearing them with honey, and leaving them to be attacked by bees and ants. Although the count participated in his wife’s cruelties, he may have also restrained her impulses; when he died in the early 1600s, she became much worse. With the help of her former nurse, Ilona Joo, and local witch Dorotta Szentes, Bathory began abducting peasant girls to torture and kill. She often bit chunks of flesh from her victims, and one unfortunate girl was even forced to cook and eat her own flesh. Bathory reportedly believed that human blood would keep her looking young and healthy."http://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/bathorys-torturous-escapades-are-exposedCould be interesting... Wel27 47
You know Bathory used to use blood to keep herself young, how about if this woman made it to our age by doing this whole murder stuff and now is in the Hotel. You know maybe we get some old Hungary throwbacks. Am I thinking too much?
Anastasios 573
The one thing i am thinking about is, that bates had a similar role as delphine lalaurie... she also tortured slaves and used them blood to stay "young"... kind of reductive, isnt it?
