Why would she retire? Does the Queen of England retire? Does Mick Jagger retire? Does Karl Lagerfeld retire? Legends don't retire and Madonna is a legend and you can take a seat and question yourself why you would make a comment like that about a 57 year old woman who took a chance at 18 years old with no money, no connections and built a billion dollar empire for herself and became the biggest woman in music of all time.
