I feel this is the story of how she was treated terribly and s--t in the past but it gave her this energy, inspiration and drive inside of her. This energy and artist which grew inside of her for a long time (represented by 9 months). Then when she gave birth to this energy and let it all out, she was liberated her artistically from herself. Hence the creation of this album. Glass and Patron video is the final stage. Once she has unleashed the artist and it is a moment of freedom artistically and it inspires not only her, but others. It's sorta like Born This Way music video story line, without all the social justice symbolism.
