XGirlfriend 950
Gags would never do that. No matter in how bad of a mood she is in, she will always stop to talk and take pictures.
gagaohlala 810
Gags would never do that. No matter in how bad of a mood she is in, she will always stop to talk and take pictures. In fact no. Most of the time she do, but I saw some videos where she just walk without really looking at the fans, and let her bodyguard do their work Little Monster | Diamond | Cry Baby | Lana Del Rey
A Beaverhausen 280
That's him being a brat? Fans that feel entitled to everything just because they've bought something they already like are the real brats... You are not entitled to anything, no picture, no handshake, no hug... it's not like anyone who thinks you look cute can just come up to you and hug you or anything... What if he just received some bad news? Celebrities can have off days as well... He might have stopped for 20 or 30 fans already, you can't spend your entire day hanging with fans, he has obligations/contracts etc as well, it's his JOB, he has to be on time/meet deadlines, etc. You like Gaga's music... you think she should take pictures with you, but you need her as well cuz you stan for her music and if she gets fed up with her fans and she stops you are left empty handed as well... sometimes it wouldn't hurt if people would try to sympathise with celebrities and especially their faves which they pretend to care about. she was an over excited fan, he could have taken at least one second to stop & chat to say- i'm sorry I can't stay, I am busy etc- not just act rude/ ignore her * don't touch me* considering there seems to be A LOT of videos emerging of him being such a brat to fans when he is in a bad mood, yes he can be awesome to them when in a good mood, - Not expecting or ordering him to do anything- just needs to have a better attitude towards crazy fans- (In my opinion) * respect yours as well*- he could have just stopped for one second and said hi , sorry I'm busy and then leave- He needs better security guards if he doesn't want his fans to mob him like this and have some * time Off* It's part of the job, you don't get time to be treated like a normal human anymore, Many fans want to meet their idol. Yes I understand where you are coming from, maybe I am just cynical because I have seen what it's like on the other side of the curtain with lots of fake people- I could never be famous- to be fair, I'd have a nervous breakdown after constantly spending every day of my life with this madness- was just saying he didn't have to just brush her off and keep walking, could have at least stopped for one second- did not have to take a pic, just say hello? * if this makes any sense* haha * also seriously where was his security guards?* lol #Peace
Jenniferella 2,774
The fact that she's muslim has no relevance here, or was it for clickbait ?I usually find him no excuses for the things he does but I have to admit that I probably would have done the same thing as him in this situation. I agree with this. Celebrities sign up for certain things, but I don't think the whole "You asked for this! This is part of your job!" is fair. Famous people shouldn't have to just adapt to having their privacy invaded, never being about to walk down the street without being pulled aside, etc. Fans and the public should be the ones adapting (and by "adapting," I mean treating celebrities with the same social rules you apply to other people on the street that you kindof know). Not to mention, I don't think "constant harassment" is actually part of their job description when they signed under a label, so people are really just saying "it's part of the job!" to excuse awful behavior. Would you walk up to a random person and keep tapping their shoulder with your camera out and on even after they told you to leave them alone? Would you like it if someone did that to you? If you're a fan, you should care about the artist. If you truly cared about them, you'd understand their need for personal space. Politely approach them, sure, but back the **** off if they show you any signs of today not being the day for social interaction with fans.

It is relevant because people on twitter are claiming it to be racist because she's Muslim. That's what this whole discussion is based on: is it racist or not? It's all in the OP.I do agree with your second point though, and in fact, Justin has done this to other fans in the past. There are a couple of videos in this thread as examples somewhere. Guest
Just when you are about to like him again... That fan wanted a pic, just snap and that's it. We can't know for sure what happened or if he was being rude because she is a Muslim (so let's not jump the gun), but from what I can see he comes off as just another celebrity who doesn't care genuinely about his fans. I hope I am wrong, though.
Guest
Gags would never do that. No matter in how bad of a mood she is in, she will always stop to talk and take pictures. Remember the video of her greeting her fans in Istanbul? It was incredibly chaotic and her security was pushing a young fan away until she made them stop and hugged the fan. Gaga is one of the few celebrities out there who will do just anything for her fans. By being honest with them all the time and always being there for them she kind of creates a public privacy and I think that's beautiful. I hope Justin and the fan in this video can learn from this incident and both be more respectful to each other.
Morphine Prince 106,127
1. Muslim is not a race (there's Muslims of every race).2. It's irrelevant what religion she is.3. She was following him when he was clearly not comfortable with her there.4. He could have just taken a picture with her, it wouldn't have killed him to do so. Saint Laurent 4,862
The title "to Muslim fan" encourages racist accusations in my opinion.Being grabbed by anyone is inappropriate and the fact that she is Muslim I'm sure has absolutely nothing to do with it. PrinceGaga 7,585
The title "to Muslim fan" encourages racist accusations in my opinion.Being grabbed by anyone is inappropriate and the fact that she is Muslim I'm sure has absolutely nothing to do with it.I'm not being malicious or encouraging of anything racial in my title. I'm purely going off on what has been happening on twitter. People on twitter haven't been discussing 'oh Justin was rude to another fan today' it was a discussion about him being rude because of her religion and I thought it was an interesting discussion since many of his fans were agreeing with these things. That's why I brought it here. It's a literal copy/paste from twitter.
Probglum 824
Seems to me that a lot of people don't know the real definition for "racism". But anyway, it looked like all she wanted was a picture with Jubin. All he could've done was take it and her thirst would've been quenched and he wouldn't of had to do all of that and cause conflama. At least put up a goddamn front for 30 seconds. Why can't he mentally put himself in a fan's shoes that he treats this way and feel what it would feel like to be treated this way. My name is yours!
