13VictorC 1,102 Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 Gaga usually sees her albums as her children and even plays around the idea that it takes a period of 9 months for an album to "be born".The title of ARTPOP was announced on August 5, 2012. Rumors had suggested that Gaga planned to release it in the spring of 2013, around May (9 months later).Since today Gaga has explicitly mentioned the next album, could she be estimating the time of release within the next 9 months, or would Gaga only start counting months after the announcement of the title which is likely not going to be "LG5"? I think she simply didn't want to make too big of a fuss yet, so she's keeping the name a secret. I imagine she already has a good chunk of the album up and running.
