I would say herself, as with every artist. I want Gaga to be completely free to create, but it's always good to have a person (or team) to help focus her ideas and to provide constructive criticism to help her reach her goals. So I would also add her team mates to the list. It's up to them to help her reach her vision to the public in a more...digestible...way. They also need to help with promotion, planning, etc. Likewise, her management needs to give her the tools she needs. 

I would also say the media. If the media loves her, they can be one of her biggest tools. If they go back to trashing her again, her art (music, fashion, etc) will be immediantly deemed worthless, stale, and try-hard.

So I'd say some of Gaga's fans are her worst enemy, but also her biggest blessing. There are continuous poisonous sources within the fanbase that are - in multiple ways - expressing their love for Gaga in the poorest ways. Disrespecting privacy, constantly focussing on charts, being hateful towards others, and being too demanding and possessive towards Gaga. The fans have a lot of power, and are sometimes the least capable of using it the right way.

I'd say herself : she got disappointed by troy but that's not current anymore 

the true fans stay with her and won't leave her because she makes something they don't like -they accept ithe as her decision 

 

But I'm a little bit worried about herself -she started to drink again and a close friend of mine saw her drunk at some places during the c2c tour 

she also seems to realize that she is famous and doesn't seem so real/open when it comes to her fans

Her main enemy at the moment is her painful hip that still needs to recover.

I'd like to think Gaga is above listing enemies, as it would give them too much credit and she has plenty on the table of her own life and career to hold grudges. Of course, I can't speak for her.

I dont think her fans grasp how much she wants to please us. I remember specifically when DWUW was announced to replace Venus as the 2nd single she got really upset at the fans hateful feedback towards her and practically didn't want to talk to anyone and lost a lot of interest in the whole ARTPOP release for a short period.. it's also about the same time that Troy got kicked too.. so we didn't help anything in that instance. Should she be able to take the heat from her fans? Sure. But I see where she was coming from... That's a prime example of how we can hurt rather than help.

I suspect that the ppl who voted for "her fans" are pressed, in reality Gaga's fanbase has little part in determining whether the GP is here for her, will radio play her, is the media more likely to write positive or negative articles about her....

I would vote for troy except he's what brought gaga up during TF & TFM so yeah he was damaging to her career after BTW but he kinda created her career
