This video made me believe in RockGa. She was cooler than a rock star honestly.

This is good! I've never seen it before :)

Would be pretty f--king cool if she did something like that, you know I'm here for the day if you know anything about me. I love rock and metal, but also happen to adore Gaga.

If I got the best of both worlds, double win for me. :adam:

She sounds good on any type of music that doesn't require too many high notes, not just rock

Pointless thread

The song in OP is good but also, is he/she stupid? We all know Gaga can do many genres and excel in them as we have seen many times before. I don't get why it has to be highlighted specifically. If Gaga doesn't actually bring a rock album for LG5 OP will be such a disappointed mess

I do not like The Offspring nor most new metal or rock, but I am positive that Gaga could do great at a rock album. Gaga really Wow'd my heart and soul when she appeared with The Stones and did a great service to Gimme Shelter, one of my all time most favorite songs ever in my life. She truly slayed with it!

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

i've never seen this before i'm slayed.

I think she's good the way she is tbh, I like how her records are pop/electronic then she puts rock elements into her live versions, to me rock is good live when you're excited and in the mood but on records, radio etc nah.

Plus if she did the type of rock everyone seems to want her to do, she wouldn't get any airplay on top 40 radio tbh.

You are so right. Rock music doesn't quite flourish in studio versions but when it comes to live, it really is something. Lady Gaga is smart to have realized this though, I never quite thought deeply about why she always made rock versions of her songs in live performances and thanks for pointing that out!

I like how ARTPOP is an EDM album and all the songs got altered drastically into rock versions with heavy guitar sounds at the artRAVE.
