Some media are saying that the McQueens Armadillos shoes are a gift from Taylor Kinney to Gaga.

I think that may be true because she said this on Twitter: "Taylor Kinney, best fiancee ever"

 

Besides, for the very first time and suspiciously, Taylor was very involved in taking pictures of the shoes.
