because gaga had management problems. troy carter still owns material from ARTPOP and all previous eras, and without his permission gaga cant legally release anything. thats why DWUW vid never came out or the ARTPOP documentary etc etc etc. but for LG5 there will be no prob because gaga started on a clean canvas with a new manager

The Do What U Want video never came out because someone slapped sense into Gaga. The director of the video, Terry Richardson was in the middle of a media fire storm regarding his inappropriate s-xual conduct with models. The co-star of the video, R. Kelly had just released a new album and was generating a lot of negative press because he is, well, a rapist. 

It doesn't take a genius to figure out why Gaga's team pulled the plug on a s-xually provocative music video that happened to be a collaboration with two artists the public perceived to be rapists.
