bionic 50,107
I'm sorry but if the themes of your tour are love and romance then no you don't have anything else to say you can already retire Is this a joke?

Redstreak 6,653
I'm glad she still feels like she has an important message to give. I don't know where the world would be if we didn't have her telling us that "b---h, I'm Madonna" Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

EdX 2,862
What's up with y'all treating her like she's a skeleton or something. Ok, she is 56. So what?! Get over it. She still performs and does an amazing job.I just don't get why the most liked comments here are like "haha she's so old omg... Blah blah etc."

Everybody stop releasing music about love, let's make this a world full of sadness and sorrow!

LoveandMagic 1,731
I like this. this is very inspiring to me. Why stop what you're doing just because people think that you're too old. I'm gonna do what i love to do until the day i die. That is what most dream (and few achieve). It's an excellent goal to have. I think there is a saying, something like, "If you do what you love you will never work a day in your life." People are so extra. Madonna compares herself to others, and that's fine. I don't understand why people have to be so shady and rip her apart for that. Hell, I compare myself to Gaga sometimes. It's normal for people to see elements of themselves in others and use that as inspiration. That's what Madonna is doing, and I think it's quite lovely. Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."
JusKeepBreathin 19,311
Some people's "failures" can be others' achievements... the thing is not giving up, that was the whole point of her comparison to Picasso, which you like others TOTALLY missed. Although I agree her latest music hasn't been that good, the girl is still trying and having something to say. I'm hopeful she will give us another Ray Of Light one of these days if she continues to try.I totally agree. Like she keeps trying to make music to appeal younger generation instead of focusing on her fans and at the end, neither are satisfied. And then even when she sees the album was a commercial failure, she still shoves half of the new material up on faces at the tour. I hope she learns and does something about it. The slow sales of tickets for this tour should be a good a lesson. My point was that many have been criticizing her for this since HC but dont let go of her, they come back to see what she is up to, even when they know they are not going to like it. It becomes much more of an obsession to make fun of her rather than contructive criticism. On top of that I don't think she is "sadder" to watch this time around than she must have been the last era. The tour is shaping u to be a more organic show, that will contain many forgotten hits that will satistfy the need of many old fans. Let's hope, wait and see.I don't think she is sadder at all to watch. If she gets one thing right all the time it's her tours. You're right, some people do go to more making fun than constructive critism. Last time she had an album be a commercial failure (Amercan Life), she gave us the Reinvention Tour. It was like a fabulous greatest hits tour. I also think it gave her the idea and reinvigorated her towards dance music. Then she gave us COD which was phenomenal. I think she listened to her fans and gave them an album of well executed reimagined dance hits and another fabulous concert. I am not saying dance hits are what her fans want now but maybe it's time to listen to what they are saying again.
