If you call two 30+ women not being the bigger person 'winning' than sure Let me actually give my stance on this now: I think that Nicki was being really immature for complaining about her video. She pulls out the 'skinny girl' card, while Bey was nominated in the same category, and obviously shades Taylor (Come on, anyone who says she didn't shade Taylor is pulling wool over their own eyes), later pulls the racist card, when 3/5 of the nominees were POC, while one of them was a female POC. And not to mention, a POC was featured in one of the other nominations. She just keeps pulling little defense cards out of nowhere to defend herself. She got 3 nominations, she's not the ****ing queen of the world. That being said, it was wrong of Taylor to comment. I was kind of disappointed that she would get involved in this, especially knowing what reprecussions could come when she did. For once, the gal should have just closed those red lips and kept singing like a goddess. Katy, Katy, Katy.. You're 30 years old. Would it be racist to stick up for her, because after all she's privileged and the critics are only spotlighting the larger issue of racism?
