I have a feeling it was Nicki referencing "slim bodies" in videos getting nominations. I can kinda see how Taylor may have seen that as a bit of shade tbh. Nicki probably had Taylor in mind when she said that and then when Taylor responded and Nicki said "I didn't even mention you what the heck?" kind of thing, to cover her tracks, but Nicki didn't really have to, it was implied.
