Tolemo 131
Let it go sisI am sorry. The corporate world rules so much, including artist integrity, that people get little credit they deserve and it goes to likes of the Troy Carter's of the world. We need more artists like her and TSwift who are going to denounce the controlling conglomerates that are using artists for a profit. Drag them all to the pits of the abyss I say. At the end Diplo got all credits for the song even tho the beats were clearly not his and some people (when I read the the youtube comments) actually know. He was asked why he didn't get a nod and said that if he would do that as a noobie nobody would want to work with him in the industry. It's time that everyone gets their fair share and recognition! NewYorkCity 10,536
I am so proud of her. Glad that she is feeling confident enough to do these things. In love with this attitude.Just one thing to talk about... how much influence does Troy have in the industry? Could he damage her in some aspect if she talked too much? Because I remember interviews where they asked her about what happened and she always says that she is not legally allowed to talk abou it...?This whole thing just makes me so curious, I feel like we only know a 0.1% of the whole thing lol

Celina 118
Looks like he's screwed people over, then... I always got the feeling that some of their issues stemmed from Gaga seeming overly attached to him as a person (based on how she used to talk about and act around him), when he was probably more interested in her as a business venture. And while I understand why Gaga & possibly others have been hurt by those qualities, and I don't blame her for being hurt at all, I can't entirely blame him either. I mean, unless he was deliberately pretending to care about her to gain her trust or something malicious like that, b/c I'd say that falls into the category of toying with someone's emotions, but we don't know nearly enough to assume that anything of the sort happened. Being dishonest, though, and allowing people to give him credit that belongs to others, if that's what's going on, is another story... And there's nothing acceptable about it. If he starts talking behind her back, it will hurt him...not Gaga. Other artists will see him as someone who would talk about them if there was a fallout, and that would discourage them from signing with him. From a business standpoint, it's best for him to keep his mouth shut. I wondered the same thing about Gaga all of a sudden talking about the situation somewhat, when she hasn't been able to in the past. Maybe everything has been settled recently with the contract and she is free to talk now?

Maybe everything has been settled recently with the contract and she is free to talk now? yeah but he also has contacts and he may know important people you know... that's what I was wondering, if he could damage her somehow, not in public but maybe making it hard for her with some people idk...but yes, ypu are tottally right about that :)
