She was clearly sick during iheart radio 2011 because she sounded atrocious that whole concert. She also sounded cringeworthy at some points during my artrave concert (the piano segment)

she was drunk

Is there proof?

you can clearly tell by the way she was preforming and before she performed Born This Way she said "you didn't think I'd leave Vegas without getting a little ****ed up". She was drinking whiskey between the songs

Okay so no proof.

We are also going to have to agree to disagree on that one.

Every singer will have a bad singing moment, it's human. As for Gaga, she had some moments where her voice sounded less flattering. Many of you already named these performances:

Applause at the VMAs 2013 - The second half sounded shaky, off key and out of breath. That's what you get for trying to sing while dancing like a maniac and changing weaves and costumes every 2 seconds.

Judas at several occasions - Same as above. Dancing and singing at the same time - NO!

Gypsy at Ampya - Sharp and too much screaming.

Sexxx Dreams at iTunes festival - The verses where out of tune and the chorus backing vocals where much to loud!

I Wanna Be With You at iTunes festival - The high belting notes sounded thin, sharp and hoarse.

Electric Chapel at every BTWB - No dancing, almost no moving around, simple song, and yet she sounded like a train wreck on every single concert when she sang this song. Maybe she just didn't care?

SXSW - I just don't know why, but she sounded a little off throughout the whole thing.

Some of her best vocals where probably during Roseland, she really slayed that show, and the backings where also really quiet. You could actually HEAR her sing the choruses loud and clear!

Definitely Applause on VMAs, this one note that she sang weird way, ruined performance for me. It was "pop culture was in art" part.

Sexxx Dreams was the highlight of Roseland

There were not horrible, but definitely not her best.

she was drunk

i think Gaga takes her career too seriously to be drunk or high while performing. She may have been tipsy but not drunk.

For me it didnt ruin it, it was an amaizing perofrmance overhall you have to admit, but it definitly sounded weird yeah, and aso the last part: Make it really LOUUUDAH, that scream was definitly really unnecesary and weird.
