Does Loving Gaga Makes You Feel Gay or Less of a Man?

Nope. I'm straight (according to all definitions) but more importantly I'm a music enthusiast so all of my friends understand why I prefer Gaga. Simply put, she's a great artist!

I'm confident and couldn't care less what people thought about me. Don't get caught up with how people view you.

I'm a Man because I'm a provider, I'm confident, I handle my responsibilities, etc. Loving Lady Gaga (and being on a forum) won't make you less of a guy or gay. Lol

That's true. Katy Perry's more girly than Gaga and Gaga can be appealing to straight fans through her masculine personality, which is something not found in Katy Perry.

However, when ask of whether they prefer Lady Gaga or Katy Perry, Theo James (the actor of Divergent) chose Katy Perry. :emma: And we know how straight he is.

I'm straight, and have been viewed upon as gay because I listen to LG. I don't really care, if your opinion of someone is decided by what music they listen to; you have other problems to deal with.

Well, she actually expressed herself that she doesn't like being called that :rip:

But anyway, I meant that straight male fans can't even express their love for her without everyone assuming they're gay. I don't blame her entirely for it, but she put so much emphasis on a very specific part of her fanbase that I think she made it harder for a lot of people to be fans and easier for more people to just abandon her.

fragile masculinity is a cock block smfh

Not really.

Don't get me wrong, there are a few of her songs that kinda evoke the "gay vibe" (mainly the BTW album tracks) but tbh (and I may be in the minority here) I'm not actually one for loving the "self empowerment" songs by any artist so that may be just that reason. Sometimes I find the be strong messages in songs a bit cringe in total honesty (not with gaga but with all).

I just like the kinda pop Gaga does, I call it clever pop

No, not at all. Actually, I am very proud of loving Gaga. Loving your idol, in my point of view, is a magical and true love. Adoring a "gay icon" doesn't make you less man or something like this, it's actually make you a better person - you stan a person who's doing the right thing, empowering the ones who aren't always accepted in 2015 society, and me as a part of this  makes me feel I'm a better person and even more "man" because I am a part of the right side of humanity, where every man or woman can love who they want to love, without being bullied or physical damaged by the dark-minded people who are stuck in the wrong side of the human race' history. I know some of you may think I'm wrong, but that's ok. We should target to a world of tolerance, acceptance, love and freedom.
