This happened in the New-52 Suicide Squad comics, during the Death of the Family arc.  I'd recommend the series for anyone who hasn't read it yet, it's very fun! :)

Even though I'm still sad they didn't pick the exact Harley outfit from this comics, they are great! I read the first one and it was SO INTENSE. I need the rest of them.
