Luc 4,775
I used to cry watchig Hair performances back in 2011. But maybe Princess Die, because the music itself really describes the feeling of loneliness and the lyrics are okay.On the other hand Highway Unicorn, Born This Way and Donatella are my empowerment anthems. Sister 9,907
Speechless...because I have had a broken heart since then and even before it and it understood my feelingsSo Happy I Could Die...I have a tattoo inspired by it and it relates to at least one personal tragedy in my life and three or more trivial subjectsBad Romance....because it makes me feel so over the top good, even in bad timeEdge Of Glory...my last try at a meaningful relationship that I thought might work out happened when this was the single and it was instantly our song and it fit us well. The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
Iwontell 7,312
Marry the night. It was released as a single in the ****tiest moment of my life...I had just moved to where I live today, I had no friends, no love life, I had just started to acknowledge that I was bi, my professional life was stagnated, I was very lonely and all that sent me into a deep depression. I felt like a complete failure and suicidal thoughts were becoming a constant thing.I had listened to the song already, but only when the video came out it started making sense to me. It reminded me that, instead of just putting a end to the whole thing, I could endure, regroup and try again - that just because I felt like the ultimate loser, it didn't mean that the rest of my life had to be like that, I could change it..it seems obvious for someone in a regular state of mind, but for someone that's truly down it is a hard message to come through.Even nowadays I avoid listening to the song...to me it is very celebratory and I save it for special occasions, for the moments I achieve something that I once felt was impossible. It's silly, I know, but it makes perfect sense in my head... ATTENTION: (bad) jokes and sarcasm are still a thing, so don't take everything I say literally. Thank you.
