Sam Dey 1,847
I read the OP. You made the thread with a title designed to bait amd stir up fans and you didn't word your OP in the way that you are expressing yourself now. You also made sweeping generalizations and spoke for others. What did you expect? You are getting backlash because of the way you went about the whole thing. I shouldn't write topics while being drunk as **** next time. noted
Bellatrix 34,808
ugh i hope this thread dies out soon.... honestly i was just disappointed that i felt uninterested in Gaga I feel ****ty that i didn't like it.. Vernier 3,786
So you admit it was your expectations that let you down, but you still made the thread? Where is the news then? You know why you were let down, and you know it was your fault, so idgi If there was ever a thread deserving of "status worthy", this would be it Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn
Sam Dey 1,847
People are being way too mean to OP. Let's not act like C2C is the kind of music a Lady Gaga fan typcially listens to, her early hits (which she used to lure in the majority of her fanbase) are nothing like thatI don't blame anyone for not being entertained, although I wouldn't have attended in the first placei feel like i have to attend every gaga event everit's a must for me... I just can't help it...

craig 680
Mess. Have you even listened to Lorde's album?I own it. Found the two hits on the radio refreshing and different, but play a whole album and it's more slow and samey than Tony Bennett. Just pointing out that lots of Gaga fans and youth like music that is as far from Gaga's dance sound, or further, than Cheek to Cheek.

Echo 327
It was a jazz tour with a 80 yeard old man known for singing slow songs.Expecting anything more was your fault.Pretty much

KindaTrashy 163
It probably wasn't worth spending the money on a ticket if you had to make yourself listen to the album in the first place, haha. Moral of the story: it's alright to dislike something your fave does! Forcing yourself to get into it is a waste of time/money. At least you know for next time! giskardsb 12,565
Thanks for making the effort though, thats all anyone could ask. Better than many Gaga fans that didn't even try with either the album or the concert. The only thing I'd argue with is that there were likely more Gaga fans than you realize, not all Gaga fans are very young and/or obvious. And I also guarantee that more Gaga fans walked out of the show than walked in. Not fans of Gaga's prior music necessarily, but fans of Gaga herself. Born To Slay 10,996
I really loved the show, I was very happy with it. The only thing I must agree with you on tho is that Tony has too many solo songs. Gaga deserves more numbers.
gagaisitalian 3,573
It was pretty boring but I enjoyed myself. I didn't expect anything from it. Me and my friend got lawn seats and talked throughout most of it, which most people were doing.
