She's saying that even though other people try to stop her and say that things are impossible, she'll prove them wrong in her own way despite the limitations that the world throws at her. And the best thing is that a lot of non-Gaga fans who aren't familiar with the German language believe that it's actual German. She doesn't speak German, but to them she did it anyway.
