Morphine Prince 109,648
well if there is a gayflag why shouldnt there be a straightflag #doublestandartsSame reason there's no "White history month" (in the US)
MJHolland 12,725
Mr Lisovenko also wants to ban the use of the rainbow flag anywhere in Russia, including on the internet and social media.Too bad the American Left and their crusade against the Confederate Flag makes it kind of hard to mock this as illiberal at the moment.Lmao why pull America into this? We can deal with our own problems and the rest of the world can deal with theirs.

Kayla 7,595
I don't get why everyone is so upset. It makes sense that the straights would have a flag to show support for their s-xual orientation. What people don't realize is symbols of representation are important. They let others who may be nervous to be themselves see that they are supported and accepted for who they are. Much like a gay person would feel recognized and respected by seeing a rainbow flag being flown, straight people can feel a sense of acceptance by seeing the straight flag in the sky. When a straight person sees this flag, they can feel validated for their choices. It can give them the confidence to do things like bring their opposite-s-x spouse to meet their parents one day, it can show them that they have the ability to have a family of their own, it can show them that maybe one day a straight person could even be a leader. In a world where being straight is so difficult because homos-xuality is thrown in our faces, the heteros-xuals need something to remind them that they are important. mic 1,415
Doesn't having it blue instead of pink exclude straight women?you got the point. Plus there are two boys and one girl. This flag to me is a conservative straight man's vision on the world order. Masculine- blue color rules, plus women are added just to be a good serve

Didymus 34,380
If the flag was funny or made a good point it might have had my support I don't like how there's two boys and one girl though. Why not put the children in the middle or let the parents hold each others' hands? Just weird.
Tropico 4,145
well if there is a gayflag why shouldnt there be a straightflag #doublestandarts Mess. The gay flag is a symbol of pride. The pride the homos-xual community has to find within themselves because they should be ashamed of who they are, according to homophobic straight people. There is literally no reason that straight people need a flag because they haven't ever been told to be ashamed of themself. That's why we don't need a straight flag. It's offensive to even insinuate that they do. It isn't #doublestandarts. Leave it to f--king Russia to make an ugly straight flag. I can't. ♢ Social Justice Enthusiast ♢
