Like this song?  Obviously not rap again but maybe she should? It would be cool to see her perspective on something like tumblr or instagram. Maybe just a one liner in a song mentioning tumblr or instagram or something.

Thoughts?

"Love me, love me, please retweet" :green:

But how cool would it be if she sang about hot tumblr guys?

In a few years it would sound silly and outdated, I guess.

Like imagine if she'd sing about MySpace and flip-phones during the Fame era.

and singing about riding disco sticks isn't outdated now? Like she sang about certain things on the fame that she seems to have outgrown.

Well no, that was her own invention, a metaphor for the D. :hunty:

Maybe she can make a song about cyber bullying. Call up Diana Warren and they can make Till It Happens To You 2.0 and it'll reference social media

I think it'd be nostalgic to look back on tbh.

So true, everyone laughs about myspace now, especially the kids that were too little to have experienced it. Gaga already did reference "retweet" as well and I recall people snickering about that. I don't think that a song of this kind would be a good idea and I hate everything that I have heard that relates to social media, or stuff calling out the trending pop culture phenomenon. That one song was horrendous, " let me take a selfie" I would be embarrassed if that was Gaga's song. I listen to music to get away from that very stuff.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
