I've used it on my shoulders/back/knees/ankle - it just prevents the muscle being used beyond demand so it can heal yet the individual can still take part in sport etc. I'm glad she's listening to her body and taking such precautions to make sure she doesn't injure herself again. I was thinking that but muscle tape is one color, the entire thing is adhesive on one side. It looks like Gaga has some type of non adhesive bandage (the beige part) and then white tape surrounding it to keep it in place. So it seems to me like she is covering a cut, not using muscle tape.
