SKANK 14,288
Same. Not every tumblr user is damn crazy tryna make everything discrimination. Yeah, I do use Tumblr to talk about social issues but I'm sane thanks. I disagree that it is a baseless generalization. I think it's a fairly actuate representation of tumblr users. Search "Carter Reynolds" on tumblr right now and see what is trending and what the most liked posts are. They are all the same tone as the user I quoted earlier. Kayla 7,595
So many dumb comments about how he isn't physically forcing her. Like he doesn't have to be holding her down to force her, manipulation is a thing. I wouldn't exactly call it pressuring, I mean, he's coming on strong, but its not like she's trying to leave the room. Plus, she doesn't actually do anything on camera, so I'm guessing he didn't get any head. Serves him right. I haven't seen the video and I'm not in a place where watching the video in the op with sound is an option, so could you describe what he was doing/saying? I'm curious as to where the line between "pressuring" and "coming on strong" is drawn. I was 14 when a 21 year old woman took my virginity. Nobody had ANYTHING negative to say because I was a guy. Bet it wouldn't be getting press if he were a she. I really wish this wasn't the case. Anybody- male, female, or any other gender/s-x, who is pressured into s-x or has s-x forced upon them should have their situation taken seriously. Ok it's maybe annoying old folks talk but lemme say this from a girl point of view and I can speak for just myself but I can tell from a similar experience. When you are in a relationship and young, it is likely to cross certain boundaries "in the name of love". You think you want to cause you love your boyfriend and you don't wanna dissapoint him but at the same time you don't feel like you should be doing it either cause you not really 100% ready yet. This feels like a similar situation to me. Please ...if a girl says, "this makes me uncomfortable" she most likely feels 10x worse but is too unsure how to say it like she means it. I know most of ya'll are gay and not go through things like that, guys are more often straight forward in situations like these (like the guy here). Girls, like around her age, can be more beating around the bush, giving mixed signals and stupid stuff happens and at the end of the day adults will call it rape or s-xual abuse. If someone says they are uncomfortable just listen please and call it off for that moment at least. I am in full agreement here. People should learn more about consent."I'm not sure..." followed by an "Okay...." after some convincing is not genuine consent. If the answer isn't an absolute "Yes, I want to do this" (with no need for convincing/pressuring), then don't have s-x or do s-xual things with that person. When having s-x, you should be certain that s-x with you is absolutely what the other person wants. And really, it says a lot about the type of person you are and how much you care about the other if you try to persuade them into having s-x. Good s-x comes when two people care about each other (or at least respect each other)- not when one person is trying to get off for their own benefit. MonsterMum 2,532
i do agree with u on rape part. and the law is pretty stupid on ****, since every teen ****s those days and many of them do s-x tapes. why to forbid it?cause the problem here is that the girl says clearly that she is not comfortabel. Thats a big difference wont u say?

retroglamx 5,177
OKAY LET'S GET ONE THING STRAIGHT:This is not rape. There is no physical force involved. Neither is no psychological violence involded either. The girl is drunk, the guy is drunk, she is rubbing his crotch and he is recording her. She is clearly aware of the camera in front of her as she looks at it. She has clearlo no problem touching the guys' d1ck while it's still in his pants. It's only when he takes off his shorts that she doesn't feel comfortable doing it but you can't see him grabbing her hand and putting it on his penis or pulling her hair and face towards his penis or anything like that. There is no s-xual intercourse. There is NO RAPE. Get your facts straight people. and I am not defending anyone. I am stating clear points from what the video shows. Pink flamingos always fascinated me.

BornAsUnic0rn 2,120
She could be 22 but if she says she's not comfortable doing it then it's simply rape. Don't know if it's true or not tho.Are you guys that dumb or am I just way too smart? SHE IS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH HIM FILMING THEIR SEX LIFE!
retroglamx 5,177
Are you guys that dumb or am I just way too smart? SHE IS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH HIM FILMING THEIR SEX LIFE! NO SHE'S NOT, SHE WAS RUBBING HIS DICK WHILE HE WAS RECORDING AND SHE SEEMED PRETTY AWARE OF THE CAMERA. She wanted to act frisky and do naughty things on video but then it got serious and she didn't go further with it and neither did he. That's it. That's the end of it. No rape. I don't know why everyone acts like a nun when these things happen. We're all s-xual beings and being underage does not prevent anyone from their s-xual needs or desires. Having a camera recording is the only thing that was wrong about it. Pink flamingos always fascinated me.
Burim 319
I kinda feel sorry for that guy because everybody thinks he's a rapist now although he didn't pressure her to do anything. @retroglamx stated the facts.
