Maybe the reason why you may call them "fillers" is because you say you love Gaga, but you hate those songs. But you wanna make it seem like Gaga is a goddess so you call those songs you don't like, "fillers" because that's all it has to be. That's why the songs are "bad". No. If I don't like a song on the album, then I don't like it. THAT IS NOT A FILLER WHAT THE **** YOU GUYS Edit: While I'm on the topic actually...AMERICANO? That is actually one of the few songs on BTW that TRULY fit the album concept to a tee. But does people hating a song make it a filler? I don't necessarily think so...songs like Americano and Highway Unicorn fit BTW to a tee. Filler does not equal someone disliking the song.
