Do remember that this is is a civil lawsuit and not a criminal one, meaning Luke won't go to jail regardless of the findings, and Kesha isn't seeking monetary damages - she wants to be released from her Kemosabe contract. Just like people don't wanna call Terry a perv Mess... Multiple alleged victims have come out and accused Terry of s-xual abuse. So far only Kesha has accused Dr. Luke of such behavior, and she's not the most trustworthy person seeing as her goal is to be freed from her contract when she and Luke are known to have had a tumultuous professional relationship. That was sketch.But I think its a little appalling that so many of you are quick to call her a liar. Its kind of ****ed up actually. We don't have any more reason to believe shes lying than telling the truth. Literally, no more reason.The fact that her main claim is abuse when her lawyer represented Chris Brown during Rihannagate doesn't raise an eyebrow for you? There haven't been any inconsistencies with her story, and you know what? If all of this abuse happened years and years ago when they first began their contract, just imagine how difficult it would be to produce evidence of that? You can't typically prove s-xual assault unless you go and get a rape kit within a day or two, and she said that she was basically unconscious for a couple of days and didn't know what happened. I personally believe that she was abused and either was too scared to come forth about it for fear of ruining her blossoming career, or she was being threatened and manipulated to keep it hush hush.All I'm saying is that y'all need to do your research and stay woke about the reality of the music industry. It's crawling with abusers, manipulators, pedophiles and perverts who take advantage of powerless artists and manipulate them into doing things that can really **** them up mentally by telling them that there isn't any other way to be successful... Some of them basically become escorts in exchange for success but I won't name names. But Luke will never be RedOne not even the shoes he wears. So if she didn't sign the contract I don't see how kesha would be Kesha 50% of her everything was partially Luke. Tik Tok had a huge impact on PopCulture and it was mainly due to the production of that song thanks to Luke. The problem here is not Luke as a producer that Kesha is having trouble with but Luke as a Person. I mean have I not known about luke and was an artist in the making I would be dumb as hell to avoid the opportunity. So I don't blame her how would have she known what a douche bag he is outside producing.I agree with the first part ALTHOUGH the difference being redone believes in Gaga creatively and nurtured her. It doesn't sound like Luke ever nurtured Kesha. I mean look how long it took for her to finally release something, I imagine it took so long because he didnt feel like anything she was making was good enough. Until finally their creative minds were on the same page with Animal where it was purely electronic irreverence.
