Should Gaga go rock?

I have had a recent admiration for P!nk, and I wondered if Gaga would ever do that.

I love rock and Gaga definitely has the voice for it.

I would want her to stay artistic, maybe use some of the acrobatics that P!nk has become known for.

I think Gaga would do awesome, and it would do great with the GP!

What do u think?

Of course! Her songwriting fits that genre very well. Though her voice and vocals are more fit for soul, ballads, and jazz, they also work very well in the rock genre too IMO.

I always think of MANiCURE and You and I as pop rock, but then again I don't really know that much.

I always considered Sting to be more glam rock

OMG, totally!!!  I mean, I love Gaga for her pop music and unique sound but I love rock, alternative/grunge, and metal, too, so if Gaga decided to go down the rock route I'd be so ecstatic!   :legend:

I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.

Bette Davis

She's infused rock into her music before which I enjoy, but going pure rock? No, that would come off as reductive and inauthentic. And metal? Hell no. I personally hate when she screeches and screams.

I could see her making a Killers-esque album like Sam's Town, which would make me complete :legend:

i want her to really make raw, non-modern sounding rock. something with some goddamn soul that doesnt sound so processed. something with great songwriting, great melodies, where she isnt worried about writing an easy hook by repeating a letter of a ****ing word, or mispronouncing things to fit a time frame. something like.....ariana grande :rip:

no jk i mean like stevie, janis, joan jett, joni m, heart, these are the people she should strive to sound like.
