Mich 397
The one thing that is upsetting about this though is that if she didnt have all of the expensive makeup, a stylist, clothing, and surgery it would have gotten such a different reaction. People only approve if it looks good... so are we now setting the expectations around the globe that all trans community are going to look like, or should look like this?It sets such a high expectation dependent on wealth that I truly do feel a bad for how this might affect the trans community later on. There are so many people out there who will never have the opportunity to fully transform their look to this extent - and it simply won't be accepted like Caitlyn/Bruce's experience based on the pure fact of attraction and what looks "normal".Just my two cents...it's great that it's raising awareness but long-term could this really be hurting the trans community by setting unreachable expectations? Sugarfall 3,723
she only needs to do something with her voice ... because it still sounds like male voice You can't just change it Female hormones don't change your voice so she will either have to go through years of vocal training, live with it or get a pretty dangerous vocal chord surgery.
