I wonder if Madonna will lip sync the Vogue rap again 

very very likely cause you know speaking in a singing mic tends to sound horrible and weak and super breathy. So spoken bits are almost always pretaped for that very reason. :) The reason is that simple. Ofcourse its The "easiest" PART to sing and would be done live IF it just would work. So its more technical issue. :)
