S&S > MDNA.

Blond Ambition, Confessions and S&S are my favorites.

I think visually MDNA >>> S&S but musically S&S >>> MDNA

My fave M tours are...

Musically RIT. Visually MDNA. And BA is such an iconic tour, it redefined the concept of a pop concert!

After 22 (?) years of waiting for the second to be performed on tour again, it did not live up to expectations.

I can see your point, but to me it was super good reinvention. :) each to its own :)

I agree, but it wasn't as atrocious as the version she performed at the 2014 Grammys. :deadbanana:

As much as I loved the staging, visuals and many performances (like, I'm Addicted, I Don't Give A, Gang Bang etc.), the Express Yourself / Born This Way / She's Not Me mash-up was a HUGE turn-off for me and ruined it all.

That's why I loved the RIT so much, cause she then was the last person that'd do something like that.

Maybe it's just the audio recordings I've heard but pretty much every re-invention on the RIT sounds thin and falls flat for me

EDIT: except Nobody Knows Me and American Life

idk about that but it's just that the setlist (for me) was 100% perfect and all the visuals and staging were awesome. Also, I've watched many videos from it and there's so much positivity and good energy coming from her. And, I'm Going To Tell You a Secret was fantastic imo.
