Well it's the internet after all, and anytime you post an opinion it's almost a given that someone will disagree and react. That's the point of a forum :omfgaga:

Edit: not that I'm saying people are supposed to be disrespectful. But it can be expected seeing the nature of the internet

There is a difference between being civil and being negative though.

I do get what you mean though

In my messy era.

I agree that attitude was amazing, but I think it worked for her because she was a newcomer and no one knew her... I think the Born This Way era, and showing her true self to the fans, was one of the best things she's done (at least in my opinion). I do agree the jazz era is boring, but I'm sure she will learn from her mistakes and she'll be coming for wigs the next era.

I'm almost positive Gaga sees the C2C era as one of her biggest achievements rather than a mistake, so I don't agree on that. I do agree in that I'm sure she'll be coming for wigs :omfgaga:

Now she's a global force and doesn't need to act like that and if she did the world that loved it so much would only call her desperate and washed up. I mean people were bashing her because her Roseland shows had old songs in it, how do you think they'd respond to her going back to being Fame/Fame Monster styled Gaga? She needs to keep evolving which is exactly what she's doing.

What's wrong with behaving that way? I originally used the word "acting" but I realized it didn't have to be acting at all. Now you seem to view that attitude as a strategy to breakthrough, to become a global star from a bar singer, which is very different from how I view it, and how we should view that attitude. She did it because it fitted her music, her style and fashion, and we as fans miss it. She didn't do it just to breakthrough as if that was some kind of fake or negative demeanor she was faking, no. Also she can always use it again for new sound and new fashion, it doesn't have to be "The Fame" again, which means we still encourage her evolving.

If she deliberately chose NOT to act that way again, I would be here for her, if she truly thinks that is not needed anymore. But if she lost it without being aware, or should I say, became incapable of performing fiercely on stage, then I would encourage her to find herself back and come back in full force and dominate the music industry once again. It depends on how she views it.

You say we're not understanding you but you don't seem to understand our points either. We support Gaga in whatever she decides to do because it's her career at the end of the day. I understand you want that full promo, idgaf attitude, that uniqueness, all that good stuff but that was her going from singing in a bar and trying to make it to being a global superstar. Now she's a global force and doesn't need to act like that and if she did the world that loved it so much would only call her desperate and washed up. I believe you're overthinking it. I don't think OP, or anyone else, wants her to act like a debut artist again and revert back to the exact same persona from the start of her career. OP is just talking about the larger-than-life rockstar attitude she had without which she would never have become a superstar to such a huge extent. She lost that somewhere through the BTW era and especially in the ARTPOP era. She was incredibly insecure during those eras and it showed. Again it is understandable given what she was going through at the time, and when the next era rolls around she'll be back in a big way and y'all can relax lol. She'll have that fire again, she even said herself during the C2C era that she finally feels like herself again and she found her old flame. She wasn't herself for a while there. I'm more excitEd about her next era than I've been for anything Gaga since 2011

I didn't say it was a mistake and I actually think she needed it, but I understand that fans think it's boring because there's not too much going on.

I hate when Gaga fans say this, it sounds like something that would come out of someone who knows nothing about her. As if you can't be talented but still express yourself in an unusual way.

'She can't be talented because she dresses like that'

I acknowledge all her work, all her eras, all her performances and all her albums. But sometimes you still miss a particular part of it that you wish to see again.

Honey I never said Cheek to Cheek was boring. I only said I missed the 2009Ga. But thank you for agreeing with me.

Bad Bromance

You're referring to her as some sort of a machine. :smh:

Nothing abnormal happened to her, she's still as passionate, but in different departments. People change.

This is the most logical and level-headed post I've read in this thread.  Gaga is just as passionate as she always was but she has indeed changed and evolved.  That's what happens when you mature and become an adult.

I wouldn't want her to remain the same as she presented herself during TF and TFM eras.  If she did, it would have gotten old by now and we'd be bored AF.

Gaga has many tricks up her sleeve and I'm sure she'll come back stronger than ever, but please don't think she'll come back with a TFM persona/attitude because you'll just set yourselves up to be disappointed and will undoubtedly have meltdowns.

I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.

I'm so excited. I don't truly get the picture btw, is she coming back with dance/pop or is she experimenting power ballads? Cause from what I know she's been experimenting more emotional music when she says she's "reinventing herself"

No one knows, it'll definitely have some dance elements given the RedOne and Girgio production but it'll probably be a very fresh direction for her. Big vocals for sure
