She was simply capitalizing on the fact that she has gay fans and she genuinely cares too so yeah. If Gaga's plan was to "get the gays," then... yikes.It may be popular for pop stars to court LGBT people because they realize that LGBT people are a big portion of their fanbase and that LGBT fans are perceived to be very loyal. However, Gaga went above and beyond with her activism, and let's not forget that she is part of the LGBT community too. Due to these things, I think it was her decision and nobody else's.
